Celebrate Independence Day in beautiful Highland County, Virginia at the annual Parade and Lawn Party in Blue Grass sponsored by the Blue Grass Ruritans!

The parade starts at 5 pm, followed immediately by the lawn party. Fireworks are planned to start when it gets dark!
Music and entertainment will be provided. There will be volleyball, horse shoes, and corn hole to play. Bring the kids for a water slide, face painting, and the famous Andy's Bug Train!
When you're hungry, you can purchase BBQ chicken, hot dogs with chili and slaw, ice cream, homemade pies, brownies, and cookies, with teal, lemonade, and bottled water.
Bring your own lawn chair.
