The Highland DMV Select will be at the Highland County Public Library in Monterey on:

📅 Wednesday, April 15
⏰ 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
🍽️ Closed for lunch from 12:00–1:00

They’ll be offering a wide range of services, including:

• REAL ID
• Driver’s licenses
• Adult & child ID cards
• Disabled parking placards
• Vehicle titles (mailed to customers)
• Virginia vital records: birth, death, marriage & divorce certificates (mailed to customers)
• Address changes
• Vehicle registrations
• E‑ZPass transponders
• Compliance summaries
• Transcripts
• Knowledge testing (at select visits)
