Momentum in the Mountains 2026 is a one day health retreat in Highland County, Virginia from Positive Momentum, LLC that will take place this Saturday, July 25th .

The goal is to empower you to take charge of your health through world-renowned speaker presentations, networking opportunities, and communal connection through local food, healthy wine, and music!
