The Highlands Bird and Nature Club will meet on Monday, August 11, 2025, 7 pm, at the Highland Center in Monterey. Annette Naber will speak on “Safari in Tanzania.” She will share photos and stories of animals, plants, landscapes, and people she encountered in Tanzania, East Africa, last year. If you have ever dreamed about going on safari or just want to vicariously experience it, don’t miss our August 11 meeting.
