Established in 1962 the Mill Gap Ruritans is a civic/social group that serves Highland County. Known for its world-famous maple donuts served twice yearly during the weekends of the Highland County Maple Festival. 

Anyone interested in becoming a Mill Gap Ruritan is invited. 

2nd Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m.
